1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and placing an order with Eye Vision Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Countrywide Shipping & Delivery
Our ordering services operate strictly nationwide within Rwanda. We provide delivery for eyewear purchases across all districts.
- Standard delivery within Kigali usually arrives within 2-4 hours.
- Deliveries to locations outside Kigali may take up to 24 hours.
- All delivery schedules are subject to order verification and dispatch coordinates.
3. Payments & Billing
To guarantee convenience and security, Eye Vision Center works primarily on a Pay on Delivery model.
Accepted payment methods upon arrival of your order:
- Cash payments directly to the delivery agent.
- Mobile Money (MoMo) transfers upon parcel receipt.
4. Returns & Exchange Policy
Standard product returns and cash refunds are not supported.
Exchanges exception: If you choose to pick up your order or visit our physical market/store center in person, you are welcome to inspect, try on, and select other alternative items to exchange for your purchased eyewear.
5. Prescription Verification
When ordering prescription lenses, you are solely responsible for providing accurate optometric details. Eye Vision Center relies on the details and optical prescriptions submitted during the booking or checkout process.
